As an experienced therapist offering individual therapy, I provide a collaborative and personalized approach to treatment.

Together, we'll explore what brings you to therapy—whether it's anxiety, depression, past trauma, loss, or persistent emotional struggles. I weave together EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and relational work, but our sessions will be guided by your unique story and what you need most.

My Approach

There are all kinds of reasons why people turn to therapy. Whether it’s a major life transition, a new bout of stress, or painful relationships difficult to solve on one’s own, I believe that we can heal and grow as people when we understand ourselves more deeply.

In our work together, we will take a clear-eyed look at the challenges of the here and now, but we will also explore the underlying patterns that have been with us for a while. I use a psychodynamic approach, which means we go beyond surface level symptoms to understand the deeper story of who you are. This isn't about placing blame or dwelling in the past. It's about gaining clarity and freedom. When you understand why certain patterns keep repeating, you can finally make different choices.

Therapy works best when it's a collaborative effort. I bring my training, experience, and insight, but you bring the expertise on your own circumstances. Together, we'll create a space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged.

EMDR

As part of my services also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy for those dealing with trauma. EMDR helps your brain process difficult memories and experiences, to lessen their emotional charge and impact on day to day life.
